1988-2016

Ch 1 : HR Pioneers in India

Noble House was founded with a single belief: that great companies are built by placing the right people in the right roles at the right time. As one of India’s first HR consultancies, we advised leading organisations on leadership hiring, succession planning, and career transitions, earning a reputation for trust, depth, and long-term partnerships.

2017

Ch 2 : Entering the Freelance & Project-Based Economy

Seeing the growing demand for agility, we began enabling businesses with flexible workforce models. We began helping businesses hire expert freelancers for short-term projects, bridging capability gaps without the delays of full-time hiring.

2019

Ch 3 : Launch of Expert Connect

To scale access to deep domain expertise, we launched Expert Connect, a dedicated offering that allowed businesses to engage high-impact consultants across HR, strategy, operations, and finance.

2020

Ch 4 : Expanding Across Domains

As client needs grew more diverse, we expanded our capabilities into 12+ domains including technology, content, analytics, and digital marketing. We built a verified pool of freelancers and consultants in each vertical, ready to deliver, not just advise.

Ch 5 : Embedding Intelligence Into Hiring

We introduced proprietary matching tools and workforce analytics into our delivery model, bringing more speed, accuracy, and transparency to hiring. The result? 40% faster closures, stronger role-fit, and measurable improvement in project success.
