    Joining Noble House Platform is simple. Click on Sign Up as corporate and create your primary profile.

  • Is there any joining charge?

    Joining Noble House Platform is absolutely free.

  • What kind of assignments can be posted on Noble House platform?

    Various short term and long term assignments across categories are available on the platform ranging from graphic designing, content writing, digital marketing, human resources etc.

  • How do I post an assignment?

    You can post the assignment directly by signing-in to your profile and selecting add new assignment option on the dashboard.

  • Where can I view the applications?

    You can view the applications and shortlist/ reject the profiles on the dashboard itself.

  • How can I remove an assignment?

    You can remove an assignment by clicking on the option “Unpublish” and then selecting the reason to unpublish the assignment.

  • What happens once I shortlist a profile?

    Once shortlisted, someone from the team will connect with you via email to connect you with a consultant as well as contracting with Noble House.

  • What happens once I select and finalize a profile?

    Once you finalize a profile and the consultant agrees to the terms and conditions and take up the assignment, you will share a work order with details of terms and conditions of your assignment with us.

  • Is there any fee payable to Noble House in-case of selection of a profile for an assignment?

    In spirit of full transparency, we take a service charge of 15% of the assignment value from the corporate for the duration of the assignment once the consultant starts delivering.

  • How does the billing happen / What is the billing cycle?

    Monthly invoicing is done based on a timesheet submitted by the consultant for the work done during a month. We raise a monthly invoice based on the approved time sheet.

  • Can an assignment be extended?

    The extension of assignment beyond the duration is at the discretion of the corporate and can be done based on your requirement and performance and availability of the consultant.

  • Can I convert an assignment to a full time role?

    The corporate can consider a consultant’s profile for any full time role for which Noble House will take an annual service charge.

  • Can Noble House help me in permanent hiring of employees?

    In case the client would like to hire any of the profiles shared with them for a permanent position, at any point in time within 1 year from sharing of profile or completion date of assignment whichever is later, the client will pay Noble House a commission, including any variable pay for such hiring on the following criteria-
    a. For permanent hiring of junior management position with a CTC up to 20 lacs, the commission charged will be 8.33% of the annual salary.
    b. For permanent hiring of mid management position with a CTC between 20 Lacs to 40 Lacs, the commission charged will be 12% of the annual salary.
    c. For permanent hiring of upper management position with a CTC of 40 Lacs and above, the commission charged will be 16.66% of the annual salary.
