About this position

Chief Marketing Officer will lead all our marketing activities including social media and digitalcampaigns to advertising and creative projects. The responsibilities will include developingplans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.

Responsibilities

• • Develop strategies for all Marketing efforts, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the department
  • Set, monitor and report on team goals, including any outside agencies
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, webpages and promotional material)
  • Define the Public Relation strategy for the company and ensure media presence at the right places
  • Manage relationships with key agencies and organizations which can help enhance the brand presence
  • Develop own branding properties and IP and manage the same
  • Plan participation in events and seminars which are relevant for brand promotions
  • Conduct market research to understand the market needs and ensure the communication is targeted to meet the market requirements
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Be a part of the overall leadership team of the company

Requirements

• • Post graduation in Marketing with atleast 10 years of experience
  • Solid knowledge of Digital marketing
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
  • Analytical mind
